How do I start a free account? +
Go to app.lumenauditpro.com/signup and pick the Free plan. You'll get one active project, the audit capture flow, PDF proposal export, and Excel BOM export — no credit card required.
How do I upgrade my plan? +
Sign in and visit the in-app subscription page at app.lumenauditpro.com/pricing. Choose Standard or Professional for self-serve plans. Enterprise plans, SSO/OIDC, white-label deployment, and branding support are contact-sales — email sales@lumenauditpro.com.
How do I cancel or change my subscription? +
From the in-app billing page, click "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe Customer Portal. You can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel from there. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email tied to your account. We'll send a reset link valid for one hour.
Is there a mobile app? +
Yes. The mobile app uses the same account as the web app and is built for one-handed field audits. Add fixtures and photos on site; they sync to the web app automatically. Contact sales@lumenauditpro.com for current install links.
Can I export my data? +
Yes. Projects can be exported as PDF proposals, Excel BOMs, CSV, and JSON. On account termination, you may request a full data export within 30 days — see the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
How is my data protected? +
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. PostgreSQL row-level security patterns and application-layer tenant scoping keep your organization's data isolated. Offline data stored on your device is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Do you offer refunds? +
Email sales@lumenauditpro.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll work it out. Annual subscriptions can be prorated case-by-case.
